WebQA was founded in late 2000 and strategically perfected its software platform with large-scale organizations while working to understand customer, student and citizen servicing. By mid 2007, WebQA was ready to roll out its platform and invested substantially to launch a world-wide campaign to become a leader in Service-side CRM (SsCRM).


Today, WebQA’s GovQA product suite leads the country in government CRM and supporting technologies. Its BizQA portfolio includes some of the world’s largest financial institutions, global 1000 organizations and significant companies all around the world. And, its EdQA product suite is a leader in student servicing for universities throughout North America. Now moving towards 1000 accounts, WebQA serves over 60 millions people worldwide.

 

 

Our Mission:

WebQA’s mission is to be the definitive leader in Service-Side Customer Relationship Management (SsCRM). To accomplish this, WebQA provides an affordable and comprehensive set of inbound and outbound multi-channel communication tools that can be used over the phone, in person or through the web to provide responsive service to customers and employees. If needed, WebQA backs these tools up with optional, trained live support agents.
 

Delivery:

WebQA primarily provisions its platform in Software as a Service (SaaS) model that makes use of three domestic and international datacenter locations for security. WebQA’s platform also can support cloud-based delivery and on-site delivery options. WebQA's hosted systems easily integrate with, and look like, an existing organization's website.


Organizations require only internet access to use WebQA’s systems. Users connect to GovQA, EdQA or BizQA through a browser to manage all services. WebQA can easily integrate with other applications including sales support systems, financial systems and ERP systems. For complex business process redesign implementations, WebQA relies on either an organization’s internal support team or consulting partners to tailor and deploy its sophisticated workflow capabilities in business process reengineering.
